The Unite Workout is always coached, different, and designed to Burn Fat (~600-1200 calories/workout), Build Strength, and Get You Fit. In 60-75 min the Unite Workout structure combines:
- HIIT Cardio Intervals (Run or Bike)
- Functional Strength Training
- Yoga Recovery
