Fit Academy will be taking over City Hall’s courtyard for a free workout on July 19th at 6pm. All participants are asked to sign up in advance and bring a towel and water.
 
DJ Headrush will provide music to sweat to, while HoneyGrow will offer salads and fresh fruit treats. Red Bull will also be on site to hand out energizing beverages.
 
Following the workout, all are welcome to join Fit Academy at the Uptown Beer Garden (1735 Market Street) for an after party.
