Maison Margiela Shop Is Launching at Joan Shepp
Philadelphia, PA - On August 24th, 2016, the fashion concept store will officially launch its Maison Margiela shop with an all-day shopping event and cocktail party from 5-8PM.
Joan Shepp is never one to be complacent. For 45 years, she has continued to fill her meticulously curated boutique with renowned designers such as Comme Des Garcon and Dries van Noten, and actively works to discover and spotlight lesser known artists for her clients who are always seeking the next thing. She continually brings the quirky, serious, and unexpected not only in fashion trends and concepts, but also in thoughtfully planned collaborations.
The event, hosted by Margiela, officially launches the Maison Margiela shop found in-store at Joan Shepp. The installation features a variety of the Margiela’s designs, including pieces from their MM6 and runway line. Clients will be able to shop women’s outerwear, apparel, bags and shoes. From the mirror heel ankle boot from MM6 to the iconic ‘5ac’ Large Tote, there is a unique find for everyone. The event is open to the press and public, please confirm your attendance by replying to email@example.com with your full name.
About Maison Margiela
Maison Margiela is a French fashion house founded in Paris in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Both masculine and feminine, oftentimes fusing the two genders, the brand’s universe can be described as conceptual and enigmatic, mysterious and iconoclast. Today, the House is recognized internationally for its unique approach to modern elegance. Since 2014, the Maison thrives under the guidance of Creative Director Mr. John Galliano. He reveals a new aesthetic, marrying his own poetic vision with the codes of the house of Margiela.
